 RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. In case of damage we would be most happy to provide returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging with product intact

  • All items must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original receipts would need to be included

  • All items would need to be purchased originally from lollipopartstore.com

If you have any doubts about your order being in a refundable state or questions about how to return it, please contact us on info@lollipopartstore.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Returns are free and will be refunded 100%.

1. VALIDITY FOR RETURNS

All returns would need to be raised within 20 days of receiving the order. All requests for returns, would need to be strictly made online at www.lollipopart.com/contact-us or via info@lollipopartstore.com for any refund.

Please note that customer satisfaction is one of our primary values. Should you have any questions about a return or our policy before ordering, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to answer you any question you might have.

2. RETURNS ONLINE

2.1 All returns can be made by contacting us at info@lollipopartstore.com. You will need to include your order number. If your artwork is damaged, please proivde at least two pictures indicating the damage. With this information we will handle your request with priority and contact you to work out a refund solution.

2.3 All approved requests for returns will be refunded via a bank transfer.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once. You cannot return an exchanged order.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

3.4 Lollipopartstore.com makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

3.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

3.6 All decisions made by the owner or legal representative of lollipopartstore.com are final.
